1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using GogoAnime Pro (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. What GogoAnime Pro Is

GogoAnime Pro is a free, independent index and player interface for anime content. The Site itself does not upload, store, or host any video files on its own servers. Episode playback is sourced from third-party servers that are not owned or operated by GogoAnime Pro. We link to and embed these sources; we don't control their content, uptime, or practices.

GogoAnime Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any anime studio, distributor, or any prior site using a similar name, including gogoanime.to.

3. No Account Required

There's no registration, login, or account system. Any personalization — your watchlist, playback progress, and preferences — is stored locally in your own browser via localStorage, not on our servers, and is never tied to an identity we hold.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the Site's normal operation or its backend infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access-control measure on the Site.
• Use the Otaku 1v1 chat feature to harass, threaten, or share unlawful content with another visitor, or to record another visitor without consent.
• Use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler) to access the Site at a volume or pattern a human visitor wouldn't generate.

5. Third-Party Content & Links

Video streams, embedded servers, and any external links on the Site are provided by third parties we do not own or control. We make no representations about the accuracy, legality, availability, or safety of third-party content or services. Your use of any third-party server is at your own risk and may be subject to that party's own terms.

6. Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising served through third-party ad networks. These networks may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technology to serve and measure ads. 7. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GogoAnime Pro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including content sourced from third-party servers.

11. Governing Law
